Pomegranate Juice and Testosterone
We have aleady covered how

rats showed it giving a nice boost to testosterone?  So put down the beer and
tequila and start slamming down some pomegranate. Seriously, what other
beverage will make your hormones and your penis stand at attention?

So how pomegranate juice would you have to consume? Well, the rats were
given small, medium and/or large amounts of pomegranate juice. A large
amount of juice was 1 ml.  Now if the typical rat is 400 mg, that
translates to 182 ml or 6 ounces for an adult 160-lb male. Now I'm not a
researcher and don't know if a one-to-one ratio is most appropriate, but
assuming that is the case, 6 ounces of pomegranate juice is entirely reasonable.

Will just 6 oz. per day of pomegranate juice give a male a nice increase in
testosterone? We don't know the answer to that question. But
remember that pomegranate juice has huge cardiovascular benefits anyway:
decreased inflammation, lowered cholesterol, plaque removal - the list goes on
and on. And who knows? Maybe your T will head north at the same
